Mr. Miller served as lead Tax Senior Consultant for the firm's Golf Tax Group, a practice concentrating on the representation of golf courses and recreational properties nationwide including most of the nation's largest golf management companies.  The group enjoyed a property tax appeal success rate exceeding 80% and managed property accounts for 200+ golf and recreational properties in 21 states.  During Mr. Miller's employment with Deloitte, the firm was twice recognized as Boardroom Magazine's Golf Tax Consultant of the Year.

Mr. Miller served as litigation attorney and directed the firm's property tax practice.  During this time, Mr. Miller represented clients in civil and criminal matters throughout the state of Missouri and nationwide and filed or managed property tax appeals in 21 states.  In 2003, Mr. Miller was recognized as Golf Tax Consultant of the Year by Boardroom Magazine.
